Ad Hoc Judges' Allowances Increase More Than Twofold: Here's the Comparison
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - President of the Republic of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto has increased the amount of allowances for Ad Hoc Judges through Presidential Regulation (Perpres) of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 of 2026 concerning the Financial Rights and Facilities of Ad Hoc Judges on 4 February 2026.
According to the regulation, Ad Hoc Judges are provided with monthly allowances as per Article 3.
“Article 3 (1) Ad Hoc Judges are given a monthly allowance. (2) The Ad Hoc Judges’ allowance for each court is listed in the Attachment which is an inseparable part of this Presidential Regulation,” states Article 3 Paragraphs (1) and (2).

Corruption Offences Court First Instance Level: Rp 49,300,000
Corruption Offences Court Appeal Level: Rp 64,500,000
Corruption Offences Court Cassation Level: Rp 105,270,000.

Corruption Offences Court First Instance Level: Rp 20,500,000
Corruption Offences Court Appeal Level: Rp 25,000,000
