Achmad Kalla Divests Entire Stake in BUKK, Securing Rp265.7 Billion

Achmad Kalla, a shareholder of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk (BUKK), has been observed selling his entire shareholding, with the total transaction value reaching Rp265.75 billion. The transaction, carried out on 5 June 2026, was intended for the divestment of shares owned by the Kalla Group. The volume of shares released amounted to 405,722,360 ordinary shares at a price of Rp655 per share.

Prior to the transaction, Achmad Kalla held 405,722,360 shares, equivalent to a 15.37% voting right in BUKK. Following the completion of the transaction, his ownership has been reduced to zero.

Previously, Achmad Kalla also recorded the sale of company shares valued at Rp195.2 billion on 22 May 2026. At that time, two investors were identified as absorbing the shares with an equivalent value. Two other shareholders, Nadia Achmad and Laila Achmad, were recorded investing in BUKK shares in identical amounts, each purchasing 134,614,701 shares at a price of Rp725 per share. Combined, the total shares purchased by Nadia Achmad and Laila Achmad reached 269,229,402 shares, which exactly matched the number of shares released by Achmad Kalla in that transaction.

Following the news, BUKK shares were seen to rise by 0.68% to Rp735 per share, with the company’s market capitalisation reaching Rp1.94 trillion.
