Achieves Highest CSR Award
PT Modernland Realty Tbk has once again recorded a proud achievement by winning the TOP CSR Awards 2026 #Star 5, the highest predicate in the TOP CSR Awards 2026 event. The award was presented during a ceremony held at the Dian Ballroom, Ciputra World Jakarta, on Monday (25/5).
On the same occasion, the President Commissioner of PT Modernland Realty Tbk, Dharma Mitra Sigamani, also received the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2026 award. This accolade was given in appreciation of his dedication and leadership in driving the implementation of sustainable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes that benefit the community.
The TOP CSR Awards are known as one of the most prestigious CSR award ceremonies in Indonesia. These awards are presented to companies deemed capable of consistently and sustainably integrating social responsibility programmes with their business strategies. The TOP CSR Awards 2026 #Star 5 predicate is awarded to companies judged to have CSR policies, systems, and implementations within the ‘Very Excellent’ category.
Furthermore, the company was evaluated on its ability to align CSR programmes with business growth strategies, adopt ISO 26000 Social Responsibility principles, implement the Creating Shared Value (CSV) concept, and present programmes that can serve as benchmarks for other companies. The assessment process covered several critical aspects, including the alignment of CSR programmes with the company’s business direction, the application of ISO 26000 standards, CSR governance from planning to reporting, the implementation of CSV, and programme innovations with high potential for wider application.
