Aceh Tamiang residents view Prabowo as a leader who understands the people's hardships

Residents of Aceh Tamiang have assessed President Prabowo Subianto as a leader who is sensitive to the hardships of his people and quick to provide solutions.

One resident named Yuki Pli described Prabowo’s leadership as close to the people and possessing a strong character.

“May Mr Prabowo’s life become increasingly prosperous and happy because he has shown the people how to understand their difficulties,” she said, according to information received on Sunday.

On the same occasion, Yuki also viewed Prabowo as an authoritative, honest, and wise president in taking actions.

“In my opinion, Mr Prabowo is an authoritative person. First, he is honest. Second, he is wise in taking actions,” she added.

Another resident, Nur Afdila, expressed gratitude for the assistance provided to the community, especially meat aid that was seen as very helpful for the less fortunate residents.

“Thank you, Sir. May with the meat assistance from you, our people who are not yet able to buy it, alhamdulillah, can enjoy it. Our prayers are that you become a more trustworthy and reliable leader, with the qualities of siddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathonah. Thank you very much, Sir. Always healthy, always happy,” she said.

Even Nur Afdila’s child hoped that President Prabowo could continue to visit their area regularly.

“Thank you, Mr Prabowo. Come here often!” said the young child full of hope.

It is known that President Prabowo distributed several packages of basic necessities after performing Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah prayers together with flood disaster survivors at Masjid Darussalam in Aceh Tamiang Regency, Aceh, on Saturday (21/3).

After the Eid prayer, Prabowo engaged in silaturahmi and greeted local residents to hand over nine basic necessities packages (sembako) to representatives of recipient residents in front of the mosque.

The President then greeted enthusiastic residents who welcomed him in the mosque courtyard. Residents also extended Eid al-Fitr greetings to Prabowo. Some residents greeted and requested Eid Allowance (THR).

In between interactions with residents, President Prabowo also inspected temporary housing (huntara) around Masjid Darussalam built for flood disaster survivors in Aceh Tamiang.

This Eid al-Fitr serves as a symbol of the strength and commitment of President Prabowo Subianto to always be present among the people, strengthen brotherhood, and bolster the spirit of Indonesian national unity.
