Aceh Hajj Pilgrims Receive Disaster Aid and Debt Relief

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah distributed aid to Hajj pilgrims in Aceh who were victims of flash flooding at the end of November 2025, alongside debt relief assistance, through cooperation between the Indonesian government and the United Arab Emirates via the Zayed Foundation, on Monday (29/6). Deputy Minister of Hajj and Umrah Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak stated that the aid, worth 20 million rupiah per recipient, has been disbursed directly into the accounts of each pilgrim across four districts in Aceh.
