Aceh Accelerates Post-Disaster Recovery with Additional 2026 Regional Transfer Funds
The Aceh government is accelerating the implementation of 766 activities funded by additional Regional Transfer Funds (TKD) for 2026 to support the acceleration of post-hydrometeorological disaster rehabilitation and reconstruction in the region. Aceh Regional Secretary M Nasir stated that the total budget for these packages amounts to Rp824.90 billion, executed by 14 Aceh Government Work Units (SKPA).
Based on recapitulation data as of mid-July 2026, 346 activity packages valued at Rp337.29 billion have entered the physical implementation phase. In terms of procurement, 447 packages worth Rp570 billion have completed the provider selection process, and 379 packages valued at Rp546.25 billion have signed contracts.
At the district/city level, the realisation of the additional TKD has reached Rp27.32 billion, covering the education sector (Rp2.95 billion), infrastructure (Rp6.94 billion), agriculture (Rp1.91 billion), and other affairs (Rp15.53 billion).
Nasir emphasised that the Aceh government is conducting intensive monitoring and control over all implementing work units to ensure activities proceed on schedule, meet quality standards, are properly targeted, and comply with prevailing regulations. The additional TKD is directed towards accelerating the recovery of disaster-affected areas, improving infrastructure quality and public services, and delivering tangible benefits to the people of Aceh.
