Hatta, Head of the Golkar Party’s Research and Development Agency Yuddy Chrisnandi, and Chairman of the House of Representatives Commission XI M. Misbakhun.
Families of Golkar elites were seen performing prayers alongside local residents. The Eid prayer sermon was delivered by KH Nurul Badrut Taman, Secretary of the Nahdlatul Ulama Da’wah Institution.
In his speech, Ace expressed gratitude to Allah SWT for His blessings in enabling Muslims to observe the fast, and for the opportunity to perform Eid al-Fitr 1447 H prayers.
“On this occasion, on behalf of the Chairman of the Golkar Party’s Central Executive Board, who is currently celebrating Eid al-Fitr in Papua, and also on behalf of the General Secretary of the Golkar Party’s Central Executive Board and all Central Executive Board officials of the Golkar Party, we extend Eid al-Fitr greetings for 1 Syawal 1447 Hijriah, 2026 CE,” Ace said at the location on Saturday (21/3).
“Taqabbalallahu minna wa minkum, taqabbal ya karim. Ja’alanallahu minal aidin wal faizin. On behalf of the Golkar Party, we convey Eid al-Fitr greetings. May Allah grant us all the strength to achieve victory and become pious individuals, in line with the purpose of fasting during Ramadan,” he added.
Ace stated that the Golkar Party is a nationalist party but still upholds spiritual values as part of its national commitment.
“Because this nation will become a strong and advanced nation if it is also supported by a spirit of spirituality to build our national civilisation, which, God willing, will make Indonesia an advanced country towards Golden Indonesia 2045,” he said.
He conveyed that this 1 Syawal should bring the spirit of Ramadan into various actions. Since Ramadan serves as a training and educational ground for self-control.
“Especially amid the current global geopolitical situation that impacts our domestic conditions. We are all required to maintain control over various matters that could create non-conducive situations. Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, let us safeguard our unity and solidarity,” he stated.
“The Golkar Party, as the party that has long guarded our national political stability, is demanded to continue working, being present among the people, and providing solutions to the various problems faced by our nation,” he concluded.
