Accountable Governance Supports Sustainable Business Growth

PT Jasaraharja Putera has secured the highest ranking at the TOP GRC Awards 2026, achieving a #5 Star rating with an ‘Excellent’ predicate for its sustainable and integrated implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles.

The President Director of PT Jasaraharja Putera, Abdul Haris, stated that this achievement serves as both motivation and an evaluative tool for management to strengthen a healthy and accountable corporate governance structure amidst the dynamics of the national insurance industry.

“This assessment and judging process is a vital part of the company’s efforts to evaluate the implementation of governance, risk management, and compliance, ensuring they are increasingly integrated to support healthy and sustainable business growth,” Abdul said in a statement on Thursday (10/09/2026).

On the same occasion, the Corporate Secretary of PT Jasaraharja Putera, Widya Marisa, emphasised that the application of GRC is not merely about adhering to technical regulations, but serves as the primary foundation for prudent strategic decision-making in alignment with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles.

“Moving forward, we will continue to strengthen GRC implementation in harmony with ESG aspects to ensure the company’s growth remains healthy, responsible, and sustainable,” Widya added.

The TOP GRC Awards 2026 was organised by TopBusiness magazine in collaboration with various professional associations, including the Indonesian GRC Association, IRMAPA, ICoPI, and PaGI. The top-tier #5 Star category is awarded to business entities that achieve an average jury score above 4.5, covering assessments of business performance, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), risk management, compliance, and the digitalisation of GRC systems.
