Accor to open Ibis Bali in 2005

JAKARTA: International hotel chain Accor plans to launch its Ibis Legian Bali hotel early next year.

The firm said in a statement the hotel located between Kuta and Seminyak was currently undergoing a US$2 million renovation that includes the construction of 33 additional rooms.

"Once completed the hotel will have 109 rooms overlooking the newly renovated swimming pool with surrounding tropical gardens," the statement said.

Accor now manages four hotels in Bali, Sofitel Seminyak, Novotel Benoa Bali, Mercure Kuta and Mercure Resort Sanur. -JP
