Accessories Not Received, Customer Disappointed with Geely's Purchase Promise

During the handover, the management of Geely SM Group Sunter promised to repair the window tint within one week at my home. I was also promised that a portable charger, wall charger, and OEM accessories would be received within a maximum of two weeks. However, none of these promises were fulfilled on time.

PT Jaya Kreasi Indonesia, the window tint vendor, only contacted me after I submitted a strong complaint to Geely SM Group Sunter. The window tint vendor stated that they only received information from the dealer/Geely the day before. If this is true, it raises questions about internal coordination and the seriousness of handling customer complaints.

The commitment regarding the wall charger was also not fulfilled. Follow-up action was only taken after I repeatedly contacted Geely Auto Indonesia, the principal distributor. The response I received was only that I would be contacted by the EV Power vendor. But two weeks passed, and instead, the TEB vendor contacted me.

To date, it has been two months since the car was delivered, and the promised portable charger and OEM accessories have not yet been received. Geely Auto Indonesia only stated that it would coordinate with the relevant department. Meanwhile, Geely SM Group Sunter stated that it could not help further because, according to them, the portable charger and OEM accessories depend on the delivery made by Geely Auto Indonesia.

I request that Geely Auto Indonesia and all related parties provide a real solution to all the commitments promised at the time of purchase that have not yet been fulfilled, because I have paid in full for what is rightfully mine as a buyer. Thank you.
