Accessibility Becomes a Crucial Factor in New Township Development

One development embodying this concept is Paramount Petals, an independent township spanning approximately 400 hectares west of Jakarta, developed by Paramount Land. These development efforts were recognised through the ‘The Most Excellent New Township with Great Accessibility’ award at the 20th Indonesia Property & Bank Awards (IPBA) 2026. The award was presented to Paramount Land for the Paramount Petals project on Friday (28/8) at the Hotel Mulia, Jakarta.
A key focus in the development of Paramount Petals is regional access. The independent city features exclusive direct access to the Jakarta–Merak toll road at the Jakarta–Tangerang KM 25 section.
This access is projected to help reduce traffic congestion on the Bitung artery by up to 10%, equivalent to approximately 19,000–20,000 vehicles per day. In addition to toll access, the area is supported by a primary road network and utilities designed to bolster regional connectivity.
This infrastructure development is part of Paramount Petals’ approach as a township built in a planned and sustainable manner. The concept of the independent city is directed not only towards providing housing but also towards building an environment that possesses various elements to support community life.
Project Management Director of Paramount Land, Cok Putra Tri Utama, stated that the award is a form of appreciation for the team’s hard work and synergy with various stakeholders in developing Paramount Petals.

According to him, Paramount Petals is a township in Tangerang Raya developed in a planned and sustainable manner, supported by modern technology and focused on improving the quality of life for its users.
One of the approaches implemented is providing accessibility through modern infrastructure, ranging from urban utilities and road networks to direct access to the Jakarta–Merak toll road at the Jakarta–Tangerang KM 25 section.
“This award serves as motivation for Paramount Land to continue innovating and presenting the best products to realise an ideal living ecosystem, where people can live, work, interact, and grow together from generation to generation,” said Cok Putra.
Driving Property Industry Synergy
The award for Paramount Petals was presented during the 20th Indonesia Property & Bank Awards (IPBA) 2026, organised by the Journalist Media Network (JMN). The event serves as a moment of appreciation for regional leaders, property industry players, the banking sector, supporting companies, and various associations deemed to have contributed to housing development and the growth of the national property sector.
CEO of Journalist Media Network, Indra Utama, stated that the housing sector plays a broader role than mere business activity, as it relates to economic growth and the public’s aspirations for housing.
At the 20th IPBA 2026, 61 awards were presented to companies, developers, projects, and industry players recognised for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the property and banking sectors.
“Amid ongoing economic challenges, collaboration is key to accelerating the provision of housing for the community and maintaining the continued growth of the property industry,” said Indra.
He added that by bringing key stakeholders together in one forum, the 20th Indonesia Property & Bank Award 2026 is expected to serve as a momentum to strengthen synergy, build optimism, and accelerate the achievement of national housing development targets.
