PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk continues to pursue financial recovery and has successfully recorded total consolidated revenue of Rp 8.85 trillion this year. Corporate Secretary of Waskita Karya, Ermy Puspa Yunita, stated that this figure is supported by contributions from subsidiaries amounting to Rp 3.1 trillion, and revenue from the parent entity reaching Rp 5.75 trillion. “The company’s revenue is bolstered by several projects currently underway. Based on business segmentation, it derives from the connectivity segment at Rp 3.3 trillion, Water Resources (SDA) at Rp 1.4 trillion, buildings at Rp 1.2 trillion, and others at Rp 0.9 trillion,” said Ermy in her statement on Thursday, 2 April 2026. She added that the revenue recording is largely obtained from various government projects. According to her, this further strengthens Waskita Karya’s commitment to supporting several government programmes. Ermy further noted that the company still records cost of revenue at Rp 7.2 trillion or 82 percent of operating revenue. In addition to new projects that must be completed according to contract, Waskita is also continuously completing outstanding legacy projects that still require cash to completion and targets all to be finished in 2026. The company also recorded a Gross Profit Margin of 18 percent in 2025, or an improvement compared to 2024 which was 13 percent. “The increase in gross profit was achieved by Waskita through operational efficiency strategies implemented in projects. Not only in the parent company but also in subsidiaries,” she said. To create efficiency and effectiveness in project execution, Waskita has implemented lean organisation and continues to carry out digital transformation in various fields. In the operational field, the Company integrates Core System ERP SAP S/4 HANA with Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Last Planner System (LPS) planning. There are also several other digital innovations, such as the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in WISENS (Waskita Intelligent Sensing System) on some of its project constructions, to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency. Two of them are AI Pavement Crack Detection which aims to help Waskita detect road damage, while also targeting no failures in the construction process or zero defect.
