PT Jaya Sukses Makmur Sentosa Tbk (RISE), a publicly-listed property developer with a portfolio of residential properties, industrial estates, and mixed-use projects including TANRISE, is accelerating its business expansion in 2026 through the launch of several new projects and the strengthening of its management structure. Following previous announcements of the Solaris Villa development in Bali and Malang, as well as the Taman Dayu driving range facility, the company is continuing its expansion agenda with the launch of Vasa Suites Hotel in Surabaya, scheduled to commence operations at the end of the first quarter of 2026.

This expansion initiative forms part of the company’s strategy to strengthen its business structure through a combination of projects that focus not only on unit sales but also on strengthening commercial assets whilst maintaining growth momentum amid the dynamics of the property industry.

“The company continues to develop a more balanced business portfolio between residential projects and commercial assets. We are pursuing this strategy to strengthen the company’s revenue structure through increased contribution of recurring income, ensuring the company’s performance becomes more resilient and sustainable. The presence of Vasa Suites Hotel represents one of our strategic steps to strengthen the company’s revenue structure going forward,” said RISE President Director Budi Agusti in a statement on Monday (9 March).

In addition to the opening of Vasa Suites Hotel, the company is also preparing the launch of a new residential cluster in the Taman Dayu area, Pandaan, East Java. This project is located in a rapidly developing area and represents one of the residential and tourism destinations in East Java.

The development of the new cluster is expected to further strengthen the ecosystem of the Taman Dayu area and increase the overall value of the area. “The development of the new cluster at Taman Dayu is part of our strategy to continue increasing area value whilst expanding quality residential options for the public. We see the Pandaan area as having strong growth potential, both from the residential and commercial perspectives,” Budi added.

In line with the acceleration of expansion being undertaken, the company is also strengthening its management structure to ensure the implementation of business strategy can proceed more optimally. In this regard, the company has appointed Samuel Bunjamin as Director overseeing the Projects/Engineering function, Herman Bunjamin as Director handling the Commercial Business (Hotel) division, and Merry Lantani as Director of the Property division (Sales, Marketing and Operations).

These three management team members each possess more than two decades of experience in the property industry and have been involved in the development of various iconic property projects in Indonesia.

Currently, all three have joined the management ranks, and the company plans to propose their formal appointment as Board members in the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). With their background and track record, RISE is confident that their presence will further strengthen marketing strategy, expand sales networks, and increase operational effectiveness in the development of the company’s future projects.

“We are confident that the combination of developing new projects and strengthening the management team will serve as a solid foundation in maintaining the company’s growth momentum amid the dynamics of the property industry. With this strategy, the company is optimistic it can continue creating long-term value for shareholders whilst strengthening RISE’s position as an active and increasingly competitive property developer in Indonesia,” concluded Budi.
