ACC expands financing solutions to meet consumer needs

ACC Chief Operating Officer, Devy Santoso Jayadi, stated that the presence of ACC Danaku complements the vehicle financing services that have long been a primary focus of the company. He noted that the development of this service was undertaken by considering increasingly diverse customer requirements.

ACC Danaku can be utilised for various purposes, including business development, education, home renovations, travel, weddings, and even gold investments.

In addition to introducing these financing services, ACC is also organising several activities. Customers visiting ACC branch offices will receive free health check-up facilities.

The direct involvement of leadership is considered one of the company’s methods for gathering feedback from customers while simultaneously understanding their experiences when using financing services.
