Abu Dhabi Crown Prince to Lead UAE Delegation at BRICS Summit in India

Moscow (ANTARA) - The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed Al Nahyan, will represent the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the BRICS Summit in India, according to the Abu Dhabi Media Office.

“On behalf of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, will lead the UAE delegation to the 18th BRICS Summit held in New Delhi, India, on 12-13 September 2026,” the press service reported on Thursday.

BRICS is an intergovernmental organisation established in 2006.

In addition to Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, BRICS now includes Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Indonesia, and the United Arab Emirates.

Malaysia, Belarus, Bolivia, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Uganda, Nigeria, Uzbekistan, and Vietnam have served as BRICS partner countries since 1 January 2025.
