PT ABM Investama Tbk (ABMM) has approved the distribution of a cash dividend from the net profit of the 2025 fiscal year. The dividend amounts to US$15.5 million, or approximately IDR 267.05 billion, as decided at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.

Group Head of Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Investor Relations at ABMM, Mohamad Ditto Ananta Nugraha, stated that the dividend will be distributed to shareholders recorded in the shareholder register (recording date) on 8 May 2026. The distribution will be made proportionally according to each investor’s share ownership.

“The AGMS decided on a dividend distribution of US$15,500,000 or IDR 267,057,005,000, which will be attributed proportionally on 28 May 2026,” said Ditto during a press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday, 29 April 2026.

Throughout 2025, Ditto revealed that the company’s net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity was recorded at US$70.6 million.

In addition to the cash dividend allocation, the company has set aside US$100,000 as a mandatory reserve in accordance with Article 70 of the Limited Liability Company Law (UUPT) and the company’s articles of association, with the remainder added to retained earnings for the company’s business activities.

He stated that consolidated revenue fell 14% year-on-year (yoy) to US$1,038.2 million. EBITDA also declined 21% annually to US$339.4 million.

Meanwhile, total equity increased to US$880.4 million from US$847.3 million in the previous year. The cash and cash equivalents position rose by about 17.6% to US$200 million in 2025 compared to US$170 million in the previous year.

ABMM Director Hans Christian Manoe described 2025 as a challenging period for the company’s operational performance. He noted that various external factors affected business performance, including extreme weather conditions beyond the company’s control.

Hans acknowledged that the company’s performance had declined compared to the previous year. Nevertheless, the company placed significant emphasis on cash flow management, resulting in no significant difference from the previous year.

“So, even though cash inflow was lower than in 2024, the net operating cash flow was not much different,” said Hans.
