Abdul Ghani Appointed as New CEO of Agrinas Palma

PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) has restructured its board of directors, including replacing the President Director. This change is based on the Decision of the Shareholders of PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara (Persero) Number 172 of 2026 and SK.067/DI-DAM/DO/2026 dated 12 March 2026.

The position of President Director of PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara is now filled by Mohammad Abdul Ghani, replacing his predecessor Agus Sutomo. Abdul Ghani previously led state-owned enterprises as President Director of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI, II, and PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero).

In addition to appointing Abdul Ghani as President Director, PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara has appointed Sucipto Prayitno as Director of Finance and Risk Management.
