Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara increases shareholding in INET

The controlling shareholder of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET), Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara, has formally reported an increase in its shareholding in the technology company. Based on the shareholding report released on 9 March 2026, the transaction aims to strengthen investment in the company.

The purchase transaction was executed on 6 March 2026, with Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara acquiring 40,964,400 common shares at a price of Rp304.00 per share.

Following this corporate action, Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara’s shareholding in INET increased from the previous 13,286,121,131 shares (59.38%) to 13,327,085,531 shares. This increase automatically raised their voting rights to 59.56%.

In its report to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara stated that the shareholding is direct in nature. The company also reaffirmed its commitment to maintain its status as controlling shareholder in PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk.
