This amount equates to approximately Rp3.55 trillion based on Bank Indonesia’s mid-rate of Rp17,743 per US dollar as of 26 May 2026. The information highlights the company’s profitability and potential dividend yield.
According to BEI disclosure on 26 May 2026, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) held on 22 May 2026 approved the regular market cum-dividend date on 4 June 2026, with dividend payments scheduled for 18 June 2026. The company’s valuation, with a price-to-earnings ratio (PER) of approximately 5.17 times, is attracting market attention. The relatively attractive dividend yield and low valuation are factors investors may consider amid global coal price volatility.
However, investors remain cautious about fluctuations in global energy commodity prices, coal export demand, and international energy policies that could impact the company’s future performance.
