PT Pollux Hotels Group Tbk has once again maintained its idAAA(cg) or Triple A rating from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) for its Sustainability-Linked Bonds I Year 2025, Series A and Series B. This rating represents the highest level awarded by Pefindo. The assignment of this rating reflects the issuer’s ability to meet long-term financial obligations on its debt securities compared to other Indonesian issuers. The idAAA(cg) rating is valid for the monitoring period from 7 July 2026 to 1 July 2027.

The Sustainability-Linked Bonds I Year 2025 issued by Pollux Hotels Group have a total value of IDR 500 billion and are divided into two series. Series A has a principal value of IDR 55 billion with a fixed interest rate of 5.85% per annum and a three-year tenor. Meanwhile, Series B has a principal value of IDR 445 billion with a fixed interest rate of 6.25% per annum and a five-year tenor. This achievement serves as a positive indicator of confidence in the quality and fundamentals of the company, which continues to strengthen its business in the hospitality and property sectors.

Furthermore, the idAAA(cg) rating places these debt instruments at the highest level within Pefindo’s rating scale. The President Director of Pollux Hotels Group, Handojo Koentoro Setyadi, stated that maintaining this rating is a significant achievement for the company.

“The maintenance of the idAAA rating is a significant achievement for Pollux Hotels Group. For us, this rating reflects confidence in our fundamentals and the company’s ability to maintain performance and consistently meet financial obligations. This achievement also serves as motivation for us to continue maintaining stakeholder trust and to execute the company’s growth sustainably,” said Handojo Koentoro Setyadi on Sunday (13/9).

Moving forward, Pollux Hotels Group stated that it will continue to maintain performance quality and strengthen corporate governance, while implementing growth strategies oriented towards sustainability. This top-tier rating is expected to further strengthen stakeholder confidence in the company and support Pollux Hotels Group’s steps in building long-term business growth.
