As a toll road user I am terribly disappointed with the unruly
drivers who are neither concerned with their own safety nor that
of others. Therefore I would like to call on Jasa Marga to
activate its patrol units and take stern measures against
violators of traffic rules.

In addition, it would be better if Jasa Marga added toll gates
which accept only exact payment in the morning hours so as to
facilitate the smooth flow of traffic in front of the toll gate.
