Regarding corporate actions, PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA) is strengthening its business transformation through three main pillars: Energy & Chemicals, Integrated Infrastructure, and Mobility Solutions. These three pillars are part of the Chandra Asri Group’s business development strategy in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

In the Energy & Chemicals segment, the company is developing the Chlor Alkali-Ethylene Dichloride (CA-EDC) facility in Cilegon towards the operational stage. This facility complements the Cilegon naphtha cracker with an ethylene capacity of 0.90 million metric tons per year.

TPIA also holds several assets in Singapore, including a refinery with a capacity of over 300,000 barrels per day, a naphtha cracker with a capacity of 1.10 million metric tons per year on Pulau Bukom, and approximately 2.50 million metric tons of downstream chemical assets on Pulau Jurong.

Meanwhile, the Integrated Infrastructure pillar covers four areas: Power, Water, Port and Storage, and Logistics. This pillar is directed towards supporting industrial activities and regional connectivity. The Mobility Solutions pillar includes a network of approximately 60 retail Esso petrol stations as well as the development of mobility businesses in Singapore and Malaysia.

Furthermore, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), through LippoLand, is accelerating residential development with price ranges from Rp1 billion to under Rp2 billion. This development is supported by a national housing backlog reaching approximately 9 million families.

This segment is one of the company’s development focuses, despite quite intense competition. Therefore, competition in this segment relates not only to price but also to design, quality, and financing schemes.

One of the prepared products is Brentwood Villas, a two-to-three-storey residence aimed at multi-generational families. This product will be introduced in seven locations and will complement LippoLand’s portfolio, ranging from essential, affordable, and premium to ultra-luxury segments.

This strategy is reflected in the FY2025 pre-sales achievement of Rp5.32 trillion from 6,047 units.

Meanwhile, PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) has set an interim cash dividend for the 2026 fiscal year of Rp98 per share, with a total value reaching Rp3.90 trillion.

This decision was made after the company recorded net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity of Rp12.53 trillion in 1H26. This figure decreased by 19.22% year-on-year, following a weakening contribution from the mining solutions and heavy equipment business.

The interim dividend of Rp98 per share is equivalent to a dividend payout ratio of 31.09% of the 1H26 net profit. In Monday’s (5/10) trading, ASII shares closed at the Rp4,750 level, with a dividend yield based on the interim dividend of 2.06%.

The dividend cum date in the regular and negotiation markets is set for 12 October 2026, while the dividend payment is scheduled for 30 October 2026.
