One of Hotman Paris’s property businesses is in the hospitality sector. He is known to own Hotel Sere Nauli, located in Laguboti, Toba Regency, North Sumatra. The hotel is one of the accommodation options in the Lake Toba area. When it was inaugurated in October 2013, the event was attended by several national figures, including Prabowo Subianto. Hotman explained that Prabowo’s presence was not solely due to professional ties but was also based on an established friendship. The three-star hotel has 46 rooms and 10 villa units. The inauguration was carried out through the signing of an inscription by the then Toba Samosir Regent, Kasmin Simanjuntak, and a ribbon-cutting by the wife of Deputy Regent Liberty Pasaribu to mark the start of the hotel’s operations. Besides managing a hotel, Hotman also develops villa and resort businesses, especially in Bali. Several of his luxury villas are rented out to tourists holidaying on the Island of the Gods. These ventures are also frequently promoted through his personal Instagram account. Another of Hotman Paris’s businesses often featured on his social media is the buying and selling of shop houses in Jakarta. Through various social media posts, he has several times shown the activity of purchasing shop houses in strategic areas of the capital to be marketed again. The shop houses that are the object of his investment are generally in premium locations with high selling value. Hotman Paris, together with Nikita Mirzani, once signed a share transfer deed for Holywings at one of the Holywings outlets in BSD, Tangerang, Banten. The signing marked their joining as shareholders of the company. At that time, Hotman revealed a target to list Holywings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange once the number of its outlets reached 100. Holywings operates in the food and beverage sector with a business network spread across several cities, such as Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Bandung, and Semarang. Its business units include Holywings Bar, Holywings Club, and Holywings Restaurant. Hotman Paris is also listed as a shareholder of Atlas Beach Club, located in Canggu, Bali. The entertainment venue is promoted as one of the largest beach clubs in the world. Previously, the location was known as Holywings Bali. However, following a controversy related to its promotions, the venue’s name was changed to Atlas Beach Club.
