966 State Assets Deployed for Prabowo's Priority Programmes
A total of 966 state-owned assets (Barang Milik Negara/BMN) have been deployed to support President Prabowo Subianto’s priority programmes, with a combined value of Rp 3.59 trillion. The information was disclosed by Plt. Director General of State Assets Rahayu Puspasari during a working meeting with Commission XI of the House of Representatives in Jakarta on Monday.
Of these assets, 626 BMN worth Rp 2.38 trillion have been allocated for 166 Sekolah Rakyat (People’s Schools), while 188 land and building assets valued at Rp 282.42 billion are supporting 16 Sekolah Garuda (Garuda Schools). The Free Nutritious Meals programme (MBG) is backed by 353 land and building assets, with lease approvals already issued for 122 BMN at a proportional value of Rp 202.48 billion for the SPPG (Nutrition Fulfilment Service Units).
The Three Million Homes programme has received support through the designation of BMN across 10 locations covering 138.85 hectares, alongside government investment in the Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) for 278,000 homes in 2025. The Koperasi Merah Putih (Red and White Cooperative) programme is supported by 92 land and building assets, with 15 already approved at a value of Rp 27.19 billion and 77 more in process with a potential value of Rp 4.6 trillion.
Forest area enforcement efforts have also received backing, with the PKH Task Force successfully regaining control of 5.88 million hectares of forest area. The development of Regional Military Commands (Kodam) and Infantry Battalions (Yonif) has been supported by 11 land assets worth Rp 654.42 billion, with 22 Kodam targeted and 11 already operational. Food security programmes have received 29 BMN, with four approved for utilisation at Rp 26.05 billion and 25 more in process with a potential value of Rp 1.18 trillion.
Policy harmonisation has been facilitated through the issuance of Minister of Finance Decree KMK 31/2026 and KEP-13/KN/2026 to support the MBG programme, as well as the drafting of Government Regulation RPP 27/2014 for other programmes. Additionally, the formation of the Red and White Cabinet saw BMN support reaching Rp 3,574 trillion, with assets from 13 ministries/agencies (approximately 3,232 work units) transferred to 23 affected ministries/agencies.
According to DJKN records, there remains a pipeline of 237 potential BMN with an estimated value of Rp 5.79 trillion currently undergoing approval processes for further utilisation in President Prabowo’s priority programmes.
