The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has provided an update on the submission of State Organiser Wealth Reports (LHKPN) by state officials who are required to report. The KPK has received 393,922 LHKPN reports from a total of 431,785 required parties, equating to 91.23 per cent. “As of 30 March 2026, 91.23 per cent or approximately 393,922 out of the total 431,785 required reporters have submitted their wealth reports,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo to reporters on Tuesday (31/3/2026). Budi stated that the figure represents an increase, noting a rise in awareness among officials to report their assets. Budi explained that the judiciary has the highest compliance rate for LHKPN reporting at 99.92 per cent, while the legislative sector has the lowest. “Based on sectors, the highest reporting rate is recorded in the judiciary at 99.92 per cent from 19,021 required reporters, followed by the executive sector at 92.51 per cent from 346,214 required reporters, and state-owned enterprises (SOEs)/regional SOEs at 89.7 per cent from 46,119 required reporters,” Budi clarified. “Meanwhile, the legislative sector remains a concern with a reporting rate of only 64.9 per cent from 20,431 required reporters,” he added. Budi noted that the deadline for submitting LHKPN reports is today, and the KPK will send warning letters to those who have not yet reported. “System-wise, the KPK is still waiting until the deadline today, Tuesday 31 March 2026 until 23:59 WIB, to declare LHKPN submissions as on time,” Budi said.
