The Directorate of Narcotics Criminal Acts (Dittipid) of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency has uncovered drug trafficking and abuse at a hotel in the Grogol Petamburan area, West Jakarta. A total of 14 people were arrested by police, and three individuals have been added to the wanted list.

“Trafficking of ecstasy-type narcotics and vapes containing etomidate at B Fashion Hotel and The Seven was carried out secretly by several rogue employees and guests who provided narcotics outside of the management of B Fashion Hotel and The Seven. However, the management of B Fashion Hotel was aware of the dark trafficking and drug use at the location,” said the Director of Narcotics Criminal Acts of the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency, Brigadier General Eko Hadi Santoso, on Saturday (14/5/2026).

For context, The Seven refers to the seventh floor of the hotel, which provides more private karaoke facilities and is not open to the public (for invited guests and VIPs). A joint team led by Commissioner Handik Zusen, along with the NIC Task Force led by Commissioner Kevin Leleury, conducted the raid at the hotel located at Jalan Aranda Number 1, RT 01 RW 01, Tanjung Duren Selatan, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta, on Friday (8/5).
