7-Seater SUVs in the Rp 300 Million Range Compete Through Features and Extended Warranties
Competition in the seven-seater SUV segment in the domestic market is becoming increasingly fierce, as more players and new models target urban family consumers. At the Indonesia International Motor Show, PT Jetour Sales Indonesia showcased the Jetour X70 Plus as one of its flagships in this segment.
Marketing Director of PT Jetour Sales Indonesia, Moch Ranggy Radiansyah, said the X70 Plus was designed to meet the needs of consumers with active mobility.
“The Jetour X70 Plus is designed to address those needs through a spacious cabin, comprehensive comfort, and premium features that support every journey. This model is an ideal choice for consumers seeking a quality 7-seater SUV with a more refined driving experience,” Ranggy said in an official statement on Sunday, February 15, 2026.
On the technical side, the X70 Plus is equipped with a fully independent suspension system, featuring a MacPherson Independent configuration at the front and Multi-link Independent at the rear. This setup is commonly used in mid-range SUVs to maintain a balance between comfort and stability. In terms of appearance, the 19-inch alloy wheels reinforce this model’s positioning in the premium entry class.
Cabin comfort is one of the highlights. The manufacturer claims up to 20 cm of legroom and 15 cm of headroom for the second and third rows. A 6-Way Power Seat with Memory Function and a 62-inch panoramic sunroof are also included to enhance the driving experience.
In the safety sector, the body structure uses 75 percent high-strength steel, complemented by six airbags and Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) features such as Blind Spot Detection, Lane Changing Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and Door Open Warning.
At IIMS 2026, the Jetour X70 Plus is offered starting at Rp 360.8 million. In addition to sales programs during the exhibition, the company also provides an after-sales package including engine warranty up to 10 years or 1,000,000 km, a six-year vehicle warranty with unlimited mileage, and complimentary periodic maintenance for three years.
This strategy is part of efforts to strengthen competitiveness in the continuously growing family SUV segment.
