64,471 KIP Kuliah Recipients Accepted via SNBP 2026

As many as 64,471 registrants for the Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah have been accepted through the Seleksi Nasional Berdasarkan Prestasi (SNBP) pathway for 2026. The breakdown shows 53,897 out of 273,980 registrations accepted at public academic universities (PTN) and 10,574 out of 33,071 applicants at PTN Vokasi.

“These are the raw data,” said the General Chairman of the Seleksi Nasional Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (SNPMB), Eduart Wolok, during a press conference at the Kemdiktisaintek office in Jakarta on Tuesday, 31 March 2026.

Overall, 178,981 students have been declared successful in the selection for entry into public academic and vocational universities through SNBP 2026. This includes 155,543 accepted at target PTN Akademik campuses and 23,438 students at PTN Vokasi.

Registrants for SNBP 2026 at PTN Akademik consisted of 774,116 students with a capacity of 162,116. The details show 760,486 for first choice and 595,336 for second choice. From these two choices, there were 273,980 KIP Kuliah registrants.

The result was 155,543 accepted at PTN Akademik. For first choice, there were 142,212 individuals and 13,331 for second choice. “53,897 via KIP Kuliah,” he said.

For the SNBP 2026 selection at PTN Vokasi, the capacity was 26,929. The number of SNBP 2026 registrants at PTN Vokasi was 77,256. First choice had 19,381 and second choice 58,398 registrants. From that total, 33,071 participated in the KIP Kuliah selection.

The result was 23,438 accepted via SNBP 2026 at PTN Vokasi. First choice had 19,381 students and second choice at PTN Vokasi had 4,057. “From that number, 10,574 through KIP Kuliah,” he stated.

In SNBP 2025, 173,028 out of a total of 776,515 participants were declared successful in the selection. SNBP is one of the national selection pathways intended for high-achieving students without a written test. This pathway considers report card grades as well as academic and non-academic achievements during school years. Registration for SNBP began from 3 to 18 February 2026.
