60 SRMA 1 Students to Study at SRT 3 Aceh Province for a Year

Banda Aceh (ANTARA) - Sixty new students from Sekolah Rakyat Menengah Atas (SRMA) 1 Aceh Besar will study for a year at Sekolah Rakyat Terintegrasi 3 in Aceh Province. “They will study and live in the SRT 3 Aceh Province dormitory for a year, while waiting for the permanent school to be built in Jantho city at the end of this year,” said Head of SRMA 1 Aceh Besar Ilza Satriadi in Darul Imarah on Thursday. “We are entrusting them to study and stay in the dormitory there first. While there, they will also receive the same treatment, including having foster guardians,” he said. He asked parents not to worry, because the learning system, supervision, and facilities received are the same as students studying at SRMA 1 Aceh Besar and Sekolah Rakyat across the country. He explained that SRMA 1 will eventually become a district-owned Sekolah Rakyat. All students will later move and attend school in the new building, with construction work commencing at the end of this year. Sekolah Rakyat students are children listed in the National Single Socio-Economic Data (DTSEN) who fall within Deciles 1 to 2. Those in this category are reached out to by officers from the Ministry of Social Affairs, the Social Service, and the Family Hope Programme (PKH) facilitators.
