59 Listed Companies Face Potential Delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced a list of issuers that are potentially facing delisting. According to the IDX disclosure of information as of 30 June 2026, there are 59 issuers currently under temporary trading suspension.

These 59 issuers have reached a suspension period of more than six months, placing them in the category of companies at risk of delisting. The IDX explained that delisting may be implemented if a company experiences conditions or events that significantly impact its business continuity, either financially or legally, and fails to demonstrate adequate signs of recovery.

Furthermore, delisting can occur if an issuer fails to meet the listing requirements of the exchange or if the company’s shares have been suspended in the regular market, cash market, or all markets for at least 24 months.

Among the issuers that have been suspended for more than six months are PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) for 16 months, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) for 16 months, PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK) for 13 months, PT Banyan Tirta Tbk (ALTO), PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (PMMP), and PT Master Print Tbk (PTMR).

Additionally, PT Sriwahana Adityakarta Tbk (SWAT), PT Tera Mega Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA), and PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA) have each been suspended for 12 months, while PT Keramika Indonesia Assosiasi Tbk (KIAS) has been suspended for 11 months.

Other companies facing suspensions include PT Fimperkasa Utama Tbk (FIMP) for 10 months, PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (DPNS), PT Globe Kita Terang Tbk (GLOB), and PT Men Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN) for 8 months each. PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk (BIMA), PT Meta Epsi Tbk (MTPS), and PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) have been suspended for 7 months, while PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk (INRU) has the shortest suspension period at 6 months since 17 December 2025.

A group of issuers with suspensions of approximately two years includes PT Ratu Prabu Energi Tbk (ARTI), PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk (BIKA), PT Indofarma Tbk (INAF), PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), and PT Pollux Properties Indonesia Tbk (POLL), all of which have been suspended for 24 months.

Other notable suspensions include PT Indo Pureco Pratama Tbk (IPPE) at 22 months and PT Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk (ALMI) at 20 months. Several others, such as PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk (LMSH), PT Multifiling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (MFMI), PT Metro Realty Tbk (MTSM), PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN), PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (WICO), PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), and PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW), have been suspended for 17 months.

Some issuers have entered suspension periods between two and four years, meeting the criteria for potential delisting. These include PT JSKY Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY) and PT Trinitan Metals and Minerals Tbk (PURE) at 47 months, PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk (HOTL) at 47 months, PT Multi Agro Gemilang Plantation Tbk (MAGP) at 48 months, and PT Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk (CBMF) at 41 months.

Other long-term suspensions include PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) at 38 months, PT Capri Nusa Satu Properti Tbk (CPRI), PT Aksara Global Development Tbk (GAMA), and PT HK Metals Utama Tbk (HKMU) at 36 months, and PT Indosterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) at 35 months.

Several issuers have faced trading halts for over six years, including PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk (HOME) and PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO) at 77 months, PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (POOL) at 73 months, PT Sinergi Megah Internusa Tbk (NUSA) at 70 months, and PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk (POSA) at 68 months.

Extremely long suspensions are seen in PT Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia Tbk (KBRI), which has been suspended for 87 months since 23 April 2019. PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL) follows with 86 months since 27 May 2019, PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk (TRIO) with 84 months since 17 July 2019, PT Armidian Karyatama Tbk (ARMY) with 80 months since 2 December 2019, and PT SMR Utama Tbk (SMRU) and PT Trada Alam Minera Tbk (TRAM) with 78 months each since January 2020.
