59 Listed Companies Face Potential Delisting from Indonesian Stock Exchange
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - A total of 59 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) have been identified as potentially facing delisting. This is due to these companies experiencing trading suspensions lasting six months or more, extending up to 30 June 2026.
The IDX explained that delisting may be carried out if a company encounters conditions or events that significantly impact its business continuity, both financially and legally, and is unable to show adequate signs of recovery.
Furthermore, delisting can occur if an issuer fails to meet the listing requirements of the exchange or if the company’s shares have been suspended in the regular market, cash market, or all markets for at least 24 months.
Among the issuers that have experienced suspensions for more than six months are PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) for 16 months, PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk (WIKA) for 16 months, PT Platinum Wahab Nusantara Tbk (TGUK) for 13 months, PT Banyan Tirta Tbk (ALTO), PT Panca Mitra Multiperdana Tbk (PMMP), and PT Master Print Tbk (PTMR).
Additionally, PT Sriwahana Adityakarta Tbk (SWAT), PT Tera Mega Asia Energy Tbk (TGRA), and PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA) have each been suspended for 12 months, while PT Keramika Indonesia Assosiasi Tbk (KIAS) has been suspended for 11 months.
Other companies include PT Fimperkasi Utama Tbk (FIMP) for 10 months, PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (DPNS), PT Globe Kita Terang Tbk (GLOB), and PT Men Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (MENN) for 8 months each; PT Primarindo Asia Infrastructure Tbk (BIMA), PT Meta Epsi Tbk (MTPS), and PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) for 7 months each; and PT Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk (INRU), which has the shortest suspension period at 6 months since 17 December 2025.
In the group of issuers with suspensions of approximately two years are PT Ratu Prabu Energi Tbk (ARTI), PT Binakarya Jaya Abadi Tbk (BIKA), PT Indofarma Tbk (INAF), PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), and PT Pollux Properties Indonesia Tbk (POLL), all of which have been suspended for 24 months.
Moreover, PT Indo Pureco Pratama Tbk (IPPE) has been suspended for 22 months, PT Alumindo Light Metal Industry Tbk (ALMI) for 20 months, and several other issuers such as PT Lionmesh Prima Tbk (LMSH), PT Multifiling Mitra Indonesia Tbk (MFMI), PT Metro Realty Tbk (MTSM), PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN), PT Wicaksana Overseas International Tbk (WICO), PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), and PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) have been suspended for 17 months.
Meanwhile, a number of other issuers have entered suspension periods between 2 to 4 years, meeting the criteria for potential delisting announcements. These include PT JSKY Energy Indonesia Tbk (JSKY) and PT Trinitan Metals and Minerals Tbk (PURE), which have been suspended for 47 months; PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk (HOTL) for 47 months; PT Multi Agro Gemilang Plantation Tbk (MAGP) for 48 months; and PT Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk (CBMF) for 41 months.
Following these are PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) for 38 months, PT Capri Nusa Satu Prolety Tbk (CPRI), PT Aksara Global Development Tbk (GAMA), and PT HK Metals Utama Tbk (HKMU), each suspended for 36 months, as well as PT Indosterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) for 35 months.
Additionally, several other issuers have experienced trading halts for more than 6 years, including PT Hotel Mandarine Regency Tbk (HOME) and PT Rimo International Lestari Tbk (RIMO), both suspended for 77 months; PT Pool Advista Indonesia Tbk (POOL) for 73 months; PT Sinergi Megah Internusa Tbk (NUSA) for 70 months; and PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk (POSA) for 68 months.
There are even issuers with extremely long suspension periods, such as PT Kertas Basuki Rachmat Indonesia Tbk (KBRI), which has been suspended for 87 months since 23 April 2019.
Next in line is PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk (BTEL) with an 86-month suspension since 27 May 2019, followed by PT Trikomsel Oke Tbk (TRIO) for 84 months since 17 July 2009, PT Armidian Karyatama Tbk (ARMY) for 80 months since 2 December 2019, and PT SMR Utama Tbk (SMRU) and PT Trada Alam Minera Tbk (TRAM), which have each been suspended for 78 months since January 2020.
