56th Anniversary of ITL Trisakti: Building Superior and Integrity-Driven Transportation Human Resources
The Institut Transportasi dan Logistik (ITL) Trisakti celebrated its 56th anniversary with profound gratitude and pride. The pinnacle event of the Dies Natalis was held at the ITL Trisakti Auditorium on Thursday, 9 April 2026, marking the institution’s long journey in producing adaptable academics ready to compete on the international stage.
ITL Trisakti Rector, Dr. Yuliantini, AMTrU, MM, in her address, emphasised that the transportation and logistics sector is a mainstay pillar of the national economy. At this 56th age, she committed to continuously improving education quality to face the complexities of the future industry.
“We hope ITL Trisakti continues to produce graduates with integrity who can compete globally. I extend my deepest appreciation to the entire academic community and partners who have strived to advance this institution,” said Dr. Yuliantini.
The celebration was also attended by important figures who provided strategic insights for the advancement of the transportation sector. Chairman of the Trisakti Foundation Board, Prof. Ainun Na’im, Ph.D, highlighted the role of logistics in price stability and economic drivers. Meanwhile, Head of LLDikti Region III, Dr. Henri Togar Hasiholan Tambunan, encouraged curriculum transformation adopting trends in automation, big data, and green logistics.
From the industry side, Lion Air Director, Capt. Daniel Putut Adi Kuncoro, outlined heavy challenges such as inflation and geopolitical uncertainty. He hoped ITL Trisakti could produce graduates proficient in managing future technology to maintain the existence of national transportation.
The aspect of integrity also became a main focus through a message from the General Chairman of GANN, Prof. Dr. H. KRH. Henry Yosodiningrat, who reminded the importance of an educational environment free from narcotics to maintain the quality of human resources as the lifeblood of the economy.
This historic moment was also marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between ITL Trisakti and PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC), represented by Mr. Basri Fahriza, SE, MBA, Ph.D, and Mr. Febianus Wirawan.
As a form of appreciation for dedication and achievements, ITL Trisakti gave recognition to industry partners, employees, lecturers, and outstanding students.
Through strong synergy between academics and practitioners, ITL Trisakti is optimistic about continuing to develop into a national flagship transportation centre.
