Some 557 DPRD chairpersons from across Indonesia are attending a retreat held at the Military Academy (Akmil) in Magelang, Central Java, for five days from 15 to 19 April 2026. Ace stated that several ministers from the Red and White Cabinet are scheduled to fill the retreat for DPRD chairpersons across Indonesia. The ministers who have confirmed their attendance include Interior Minister Tito Karnavian, Minister of Environment Hanif Faisol Nurofiq, and Minister of Basic and Secondary Education Abdul Mu’ti. In addition, KPK Chair Setyo Budiyanto will also be present to deliver material. “Other ministries are still confirming. We hope there will be synchronisation related to national priority policies so that we as one nation, one vision, towards Golden Indonesia 2045,” he said. The main focus of Magelang City Government’s support is divided into several crucial sectors to ensure the comfort of state guests and the smooth operation in the field,” said Magelang Mayor Damar Prasetyono in Magelang on Tuesday (14/4), as quoted from Antara. In addition, he said, full support is also provided in the health sector, availability of clean water, fire prevention, to the deployment of tow truck fleets from the Transportation Agency. Head of the Magelang City Health Agency Istikomah explained that they are collaborating across regions to ensure medical service standards. “We are fully supporting the health team by preparing three health posts and two Mini ICU units. This coordination involves teams from the city, regency, to Central Java Province,” she said.
