The promotions apply to a range of Bluebird Group services, from taxis and shuttles to vehicle rentals. Through the MyBluebird app, customers can enjoy a 54% discount on Bluebird services. Additionally, there are discounts of up to Rp54,000 for Silverbird services and up to Rp20,000 for Bluebird Kirim delivery services. The company is also introducing a subscription programme priced at Rp54, offering potential savings of up to Rp1.2 million. In the EZPoint loyalty programme, customers can benefit from special redemptions, a bonus of 5,400 EZPoints, and the opportunity to participate in the EZPoint Race with prizes such as cameras, headphones, smartwatches, and vouchers. Meanwhile, via the Cititrans app, customers can receive discounts of up to Rp30,000 on shuttle and busline services. PT Blue Bird Tbk President Director Adrianto Djokosoetono stated that these programmes serve as a token of the company’s appreciation for customer trust over 54 years of operations. “Over 54 years, we have learned that trust is built through consistency in every journey. From that trust, we continue to grow alongside our employees, driver partners, and customers, while constantly adapting,” said Adrianto in an official statement on Friday (8/5/2026). He added that the company maintains service quality through operational discipline, from driver training to the utilisation of technology. Bluebird Group states that it currently operates more than 26,000 vehicles across various cities in Indonesia. This number has increased from the company’s beginnings in 1972 with just 25 vehicles. The company has also developed multimodal services, including Bluebird and Silverbird taxis, Bluebird Kirim delivery, Goldenbird vehicle rentals, Bigbird buses, Cititrans shuttles, Caready auction hall, and BirdMobil vehicle sales, purchases, and maintenance services. The company also provides options for both cash and non-cash payments, such as QRIS, credit cards, and digital wallets.
