Indonesia and seven Muslim-majority nations condemned Israel’s rejection of the recently released roadmap to fully implement the Gaza peace plan proposed by US President Donald Trump. The foreign ministers of Indonesia and seven other Muslim countries, including Saudi Arabia, issued the condemnation. Top diplomats from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Indonesia, Turkey, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates said in a joint statement that they “condemn Israel’s stated rejection of the Roadmap and of a Palestinian state, accusing it of undermining the implementation of the plan and the efforts being made to achieve a just and lasting peace.”

There are no known US ground troop deployments in Iran during the Middle East war, except for a rescue mission in April for an American pilot whose plane crashed.
Two Iranian drones targeted the office of the prime minister of Iraq’s Kurdistan Region and the home of the autonomous region’s intelligence chief. “After an investigation by the Kurdistan Counter-Terrorism Unit, my private office and the home of the head of the Security and Intelligence Agency were targeted by Iranian drone strikes today,” Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani said in a post on social media platform X. “This is a dangerous escalation and a direct threat to the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region,” he added.
