5 Property Issuers with the Largest Profits in Q1-2026
Several national property issuers recorded diverse performances in the first quarter of 2026. Amid challenges from interest rates and slowing purchasing power in certain segments, some companies instead noted significant profit surges, particularly supported by sales of premium projects and commercial areas. Based on the first-quarter 2026 financial reports, the following five property issuers with the largest net profits over the first three months of the year are compiled from KONTAN reports: PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk holds the top position with a net profit of Rp 578 billion. The company also recorded highly aggressive revenue growth, reaching Rp 1.1 trillion or an 82% jump compared to the same period the previous year. This performance was supported by high sales of projects in the PIK 2 area, resulting in the company’s net profit increasing more than tenfold year-on-year. Meanwhile, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk recorded a net profit of Rp 544.5 billion, up 317% year-on-year. The company’s revenue was recorded at Rp 743 billion, growing 74% compared to the same period last year. The performance growth of BSDE was driven by the optimisation of CBD PIK2 area monetisation, reflecting high demand for commercial property products. Although recording a year-on-year decline, PT Ciputra Development Tbk remains one of the property issuers with the largest profits. CTRA booked a net profit of Rp 518.3 billion as of 31 March 2026. However, this achievement fell 21.51% compared to the first quarter of the previous year. On the top-line side, the company’s sales and operating revenue were recorded at Rp 2.55 trillion, down 6.37% year-on-year from Rp 2.73 trillion. PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk successfully recorded a significant turnaround at the start of 2026. The company booked a net profit of Rp 513.8 billion in the first quarter of 2026, reversing from a net loss of Rp 55.6 billion in the same period last year.
