Intensive coordination was carried out, including the implementation of traffic engineering such as contra flow and one way to alleviate congestion. The Indonesian Minister of Transportation, Dudy Purwagandhi, also expressed appreciation at the closing of the 2026 Integrated Eid Transportation Command Post. “We express our thanks and appreciation to all parties, from stakeholders, media, and the entire community who supported the smooth integrated Eid transportation service in 2026 safely, securely, and comfortably,” said Dudy. Several road users also felt the positive impact of the improved services during this year’s homecoming and return traffic.
