5,000 Combined Personnel Secure Operasi Ketupat 2026 in Bogor Regency

Approximately 5,000 combined personnel have been deployed to secure Bogor Regency, West Java, as part of Operasi Ketupat 2026. The combined personnel consist of TNI-Polri and other government agencies.

“Our total personnel number more than 5,000, comprising 1,099 personnel from Bogor Police District, assisted by more than 4,000 personnel from relevant agencies, including the Transportation Department, Civil Service Police, Kodim, Subdenpom, and community members who are participating in securing the exodus and return migration for Lebaran 2026,” said Bogor Police Chief AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto on Thursday (12/3/2026).

Operasi Ketupat is being held from 13-25 March 2026. Wikha stated that the police have prepared 14 security posts across Bogor Regency.

“We have also prepared several posts, with 14 security posts already set up. These security posts are scattered across the entire Bogor Regency area at 14 points,” he explained.

There is also one service post located at the Gunung Mas rest area in Puncak. This post can be used to provide services to the public.

“Then there is another, namely an integrated post located at Pos Hoegeng in Gadog. At this integrated post, we have designed it in a somewhat unique manner as a thematic post that we will use to serve the public conducting the exodus migration,” he added.

“At the Gadog post, there are already several services, including electric vehicle charging stations that we have set up in cooperation with a third party. There is also a mosque there that can be used for the public to perform prayers as well as rest,” Wikha further stated.
