Chief Executive Officer Rivan A. Purwantono stated that this transformation represents a strategic step to address the evolving needs of road users as public mobility increases. “With a total of 1,736 kilometres of toll road concessions and 1,294 kilometres already operational, this transformation is undertaken to meet the increasingly dynamic needs of road users by delivering reliable operational service capable of providing a good and memorable experience to road users. The 48th anniversary also serves as an opportunity for Jasa Marga to reflect and further strengthen the culture of wholehearted service, thus presenting meaningful travel experiences and reinforcing Jasa Marga’s role as a driver of national connectivity oriented towards customer needs,” Rivan said.

Rivan also expressed appreciation to all Jasa Marga employees who have successfully achieved various positive accomplishments over the past year, including the implementation of digital service innovations, improvement in operational service quality, strengthening of corporate governance, and consistency in upholding sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across the company’s business lines.

Internal strengthening of Jasa Marga’s workforce has also been realised through the implementation of the JSMR MOVE corporate culture (Modern, Optimistic, Valuable, Excellent). This corporate culture serves as the foundation for developing human resources competencies through structured learning programmes, enhanced digital literacy, and standardisation of service practices across all operational points, thus supporting organisational readiness to face future business challenges.

On the customer service front, Jasa Marga continues to develop technology-based innovations through the optimisation of the Jasamarga Tollroad Command Center (JMTC) as a traffic control centre based on Intelligent Transportation System (ITS).

This system is integrated with more than 3,500 CCTV cameras, Incident Management System, Global Positioning System, Dynamic Message Sign, and various other digital devices connected through the Jasamarga Integrated Digital Map (JID) platform. This information is then conveyed to road users through the Travoy application, which provides real-time traffic condition information, travel time estimates, toll tariffs, rest area locations and facilities, and access to travel assistance.

In addition to strengthening the digital ecosystem, Jasa Marga continues to enhance the quality of its Travoy Rest service through facility improvements and the application of sustainability principles, including the development of green open spaces and integrated waste management systems. These efforts form part of the infrastructure as culture transformation, where infrastructure not only functions physically but also creates value, comfort, and improved quality of life for the community.
