43 Sarinah-Assisted MSMEs Showcase Products in Singapore's Global Market
Forty-three micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) fostered by PT Sarinah (Persero) are expanding their presence in the global market by showcasing various superior products at a cultural and creative economy promotion event in Singapore. Their participation is facilitated through A Movement Across Time (MASA) Singapore 2026, a cultural movement that brings together Indonesian creative actors in Singapore across fashion, design, art, culinary, music, and the hospitality sector. The event, held from 2 to 5 July 2026 at Takashimaya Shopping Centre and Gardens by the Bay, serves as a collaborative platform to introduce a new face of Indonesia through creative works, innovation, and cultural experiences. PT Sarinah President Director Raisha Syarfuan stated that Singapore is a highly relevant market for Sarinah as it acts as a regional hub connecting diverse communities, creative industry players, and global consumers who appreciate quality, design, and the story behind a product. ‘Through MASA Singapore 2026, we want to introduce Indonesian local brands not only as competitive products but as representations of culture, creativity, and craftsmanship that hold value and narrative,’ she said in an official statement. During the event, Sarinah brought 43 curated local brands from eight product categories, including fashion designers, womenswear, menswear, heritage textiles, footwear, accessories, and home living. All brands were selected through a curation process that prioritises product quality, originality, and the ability to elevate Indonesian identity with a contemporary approach. Through this curation, Sarinah introduces Indonesia’s cultural heritage not merely as inspiration from the past but as a source of innovation capable of creating economic value while meeting the demands of the global market. Carrying the theme ‘A Sight into the Golden Indonesia Era’, MASA Singapore 2026 features more than 80 Indonesian brands, creators, artists, and creative industry players. The event showcases Indonesian creative works and products while encouraging cultural exchange and expanding the network of creative industry players in the international market. Sarinah’s participation in MASA Singapore 2026 is part of the company’s efforts to broaden market access for MSMEs and local brands through various promotional activities at home and abroad. Through this participation, Sarinah facilitates its fostered businesses to introduce their products to the international market while opening opportunities for collaboration with global partners.
