400 Confiscated Assets to be Auctioned by the Attorney General's Office: How to Participate in the Auction

The items are officially being auctioned at BPA Fair 2026. The public can access lelang.go.id, with the bidding deadline set for 21 May 2026.

BPA Head Kuntadi stated that citizens wishing to participate in the auction must create a lelang account. For those attending the CFD Sudirman on Sunday (10/4/2026), they can create an account with assistance from officers.

“Well, first of all, they must have an account. Today, we have also prepared a booth to help the public who want to open an account,” said Kuntadi at the BPA Fair, Gate 6 GBK, Central Jakarta, on Sunday (10/4/2026).

Next, citizens must pay a security deposit. Then, the account will be used to access the auction website.

“After that, pay the deposit, and only after paying the deposit can they participate in the auction activity on the specified day and time,” he explained.

Kuntadi explained that currently, BPA is striving to sell 400 items. Meanwhile, around 300 items are ready for auction.

“For this time, out of the 400 we are trying to sell, after evaluation, around 300 are ready to be sold. There are many, including cars, land, houses, as well as jewellery, paintings, gold, jewellery also available, statues too,” he added.
