The death toll from Israeli attacks in southern and eastern Lebanon on Friday reached 30 people, with dozens more injured, according to Lebanese ambulance services. Earlier in the day, a source reported 24 dead and 24 wounded from strikes by Israeli aircraft, drones, and heavy artillery on several settlements in southern Lebanon.

Lebanese President Joseph Aoun condemned the escalation of Israeli attacks, stating that the widening strikes in southern and eastern Lebanon and the killing of civilians, including women and children, represent a dangerous step aimed at countering efforts to consolidate the ceasefire.

As a result of Israeli air force strikes on the town of Ain Bourday in the Baalbek District of eastern Lebanon, preliminary data indicated three people were killed and six wounded. Three others died in an airstrike on a plantation in the town of Jamaliya, north of Baalbek. Additionally, the town of Touline in southern Lebanon was targeted by an airstrike, and rescue teams have been deployed to the site.
