3-in-1 education

From Media Indonesia

I frequently visit the office of the Ministry of National
Education in Senayan.

Since the enforcement of the three-in-one traffic regulation,
which requires a car to carry a minimum of three passengers when
passing certain streets, I have found it difficult to leave this
office when the regulation is in force.

The office of the ministry has its front looking out on to the
street where the three-in-one regulation is in force. Of course,
there are gates.

Unfortunately, in the morning the gates only allow cars to
enter. Only in the afternoon can cars leave.

The ministry should also allow cars to leave through the gate
in the morning otherwise cars carrying fewer than three
passengers cannot leave this building before 10 a.m., the time
when the regulation ends.
