3,067 Part-Time Contract Civil Servants in Mataram Assured of Holiday Allowance
Good news for part-time Contract Civil Servants (PPPK) working under the Mataram City Government (Pemkot). The city administration has confirmed it will provide an annual holiday allowance (THR) to 3,067 part-time PPPK.
“Part-time PPPK receive the allowance, full-time PPPK also receive it. Under Government Regulation No. 9 of 2026, it is specified that those entitled are Civil Servants, pensioners, PPPK, and members of the regional legislature,” said Mataram City Regional Secretary (Sekda) Lalu Alwan Basri on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.
According to him, the regulation makes no distinction between full-time and part-time PPPK. Therefore, the Mataram City Government interprets that both categories are entitled to receive the THR.
Alwan added that the budget for the THR for both full-time and part-time PPPK has been prepared since the beginning. The city administration is currently processing a Mayoral Regulation (Perwal) as the basis for disbursement.
“We budgeted for this from the start. We allocated one month’s salary for the THR. The regulation is being processed; tomorrow we will coordinate with our colleagues across the municipal offices to accelerate the process—within one or two days,” he said.
He assured that disbursement of the THR for Civil Servants, full-time PPPK, and part-time PPPK will be completed before 18 March 2026, before the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr holidays.
“We have a holiday on 18 March, so at minimum it must be disbursed before then,” he explained.
For information, the amount of THR that part-time PPPK under the Mataram City Government will receive is one month’s salary, ranging from approximately 1.5 million to 1.8 million rupiah.
Previously reported, the Mataram City Government was considering providing the THR to part-time PPPK. The budget for the part-time PPPK THR has been confirmed as ready.
“The budget for the part-time PPPK THR is already prepared,” said the Head of the Civil Service Board (BKD) of Mataram City, Muhamad Ramayoga, previously.
Ramayoga stated that his office was waiting for a government regulation to process the THR disbursement for part-time PPPK. Disbursement will be carried out if the regulation issued by the central government permits the allowance for part-time PPPK.
“(At present) we are still waiting, simply awaiting the right moment. Waiting for the regulation first,” he explained.
