Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates – 2PointZero Group (ADX: 2POINTZERO), a leading investment holding company based in Abu Dhabi, has announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, recording revenue of AED 21.9 billion and a Group net profit of AED 7.7 billion. This strong performance is reflected in the Group’s adjusted EBITDA of AED 5 billion, excluding fair value changes and non-recurring items.

Net profit from the Group’s businesses increased by 2,301% year-on-year, driven by the consolidation of Tendam and the large-scale merger that formed 2PointZero Group. This growth was also supported by new investments in the African financial services sector, expansion into the European packaging market, and consistent operational progress across all business lines, bringing total reported net profit to AED 7.7 billion.

2PointZero Group successfully strengthened its operational performance through continuous integration, the implementation of more AI tools, and ongoing cost optimisation. Consequently, Group revenue increased to AED 21.9 billion, while the consolidated gross profit margin remained stable at 29% to maintain long-term profitability across the core portfolio.

CEO Samia Bouazza stated: “The performance in the first half of 2026 demonstrates the strength of the platform we have built over recent years. We recorded revenue of AED 21.9 billion, reflecting 114% pro forma like-for-like growth, and a Group net profit of AED 7.7 billion. This figure includes AED 2.2 billion from our operational businesses, plus one-off gains from our investment portfolio, including SpaceX, Anthropic, and other investment gains, as we continue to improve portfolio quality and strengthen our balance sheet resilience.”

“Beyond financial results, this period marked significant milestones in 2PointZero’s development. We successfully completed the monetisation of our investment in TAQA, demonstrating our ability to divest assets at the right time. We also expanded our presence in the North American energy infrastructure sector through the acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners, which represents ePointZero’s largest investment in energy infrastructure to date. Every transaction reflects our disciplined approach to capital allocation and our commitment to building globally relevant businesses focused on addressing key global challenges.”

“Recognition from TIME as one of the World’s Growth Leaders reflects our growth rate alongside the stability, operational discipline, and long-term mindset that characterise our company. Supported by a strong Group cash position of AED 13.7 billion, we remain ready to invest across various market cycles. In current market conditions, maintaining cash reserves is a strategic advantage.”

“Entering the second half of this year, we continue to strengthen our platform for long-term growth. Nearly 10% of our workforce consists of AI-based colleagues integrated throughout the Group to enhance productivity, accelerate decision-making, and strengthen operational performance. With disciplined capital allocation and our strong financial position, we are confident in our ability to create long-term value for shareholders.”

The Group’s financial foundation remains solid, supported by a cash position of AED 13.7 billion and a debt-to-equity ratio of 0.32. This strong capital structure provides the flexibility to manage risk, allocate resources efficiently, and fund high-yield investment opportunities across various global markets.
