28 Toll Road Access Points in Jakarta Included in Odd-Even Plate Area, Here is the Full List
Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung has confirmed that there are currently no changes to the rules regarding the implementation of the odd-even licence plate system in the capital. The regulation still refers to DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Regulation Number 88 of 2019. He revealed that there has been a public perception circulating recently that the odd-even rule in Jakarta has been extended to toll road sections. He assured that this perception is incorrect, given that there have been no changes to the rules regarding the implementation of the odd-even licence plate system. “In accordance with Pergub Number 88 of 2019, there is actually no new regulation regarding odd-even. And now the public, the media, seem to think there is a new rule, whereas there is no new rule,” he said at DKI Jakarta City Hall on Friday (26/6/2026). Under the Pergub, road sections included in the odd-even enforcement include on-ramp and off-ramp access points to toll roads. There are at least 28 toll road entry or exit access points where the odd-even system is also applied. “Including 28 on-ramp or off-ramp accesses at toll gates. If it is part of the odd-even area, then what is being enforced is not something new. So there is no new regulation related to odd-even,” Pramono said. It is known that the Jakarta Provincial Government currently applies the odd-even system on 25 road sections. These road sections are: 1. Jalan Pintu Besar Selatan, 2. Jalan Gajah Mada, 3. Jalan Hayam Wuruk, 4. Jalan Majapahit, 5. Jalan Medan Merdeka Barat, 6. Jalan MH Thamrin, 7. Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, 8. Jalan Sisingamangaraja, 9. Jalan Panglima Polim, 10.
