231,000 People Use KRL, Manggarai Transit Station the Busiest
KAI Commuter recorded 231,805 KRL users today (22/3) up to 1:00 PM WIB, with the busiest station being Manggarai Transit Station.
VP Corporate Secretary of KAI Commuter, Karina Amanda, stated that during the Lebaran transport period from 11-21 March, it has carried 9,460,099 people.
“Meanwhile, for today up to 1:00 PM WIB, the number of Commuter Line users in the Jabodetabek region has reached 231,805 people,” Karina explained in an official statement.
The three highest transit stations include Manggarai Station with a transit volume of 104,741 people, Tanah Abang Station with 74,715 people, and Duri Station with 43,699 people.
Meanwhile, for the Basoetta Commuter Line and Merak Commuter Line user volumes in the same period, public movement is at 2,023 people and 16,070 people respectively.
For integration stations where users switch modes, at Cawang Station there are 4,957 people, Sudirman Station reaches 6,133 people, Cikarang Station 9,175 people, and Rangkasbitung Station 10,681 people.
The highest crossing user volume is on the Bogor Line with 98,912 people, followed by the Cikarang Line with 61,029 people, and the Rangkasbitung Line with 48,680 people.
Furthermore, Karina mentioned that several stations with the highest user volumes are at Bogor Station with 22,836 people, Rangkasbitung Station with 10,681 people, and Cikarang Station with 9,175 people.
