PALU, Central Sulawesi: At least 23 children have died of diarrheal illnesses in Morowali regency, Central Sulawesi since January, an official said on Saturday.

Evelin Wenas, a senior official at the Morowali Health Office, blamed late medical treatment for the huge casualties.
