21 gamblers arrested

JAKARTA (JP): Police arrested 21 people and seized gambling
paraphernalia in a raid on a gambling den in Central Jakarta
Saturday.

About Rp 6.8 million in cash was confiscated from the three-
story C&C Building on Jl. Ketapang 7A, Senen, Central Jakarta.

The 21 alleged gamblers are in custody awaiting further
questioning.

City Police spokesman Lt. Col. E. Aritonang said police were
hunting the mastermind behind the gambling den and the owner of
