2026 Recruitment for Sekolah Rakyat PPPK: Requirements, Formations, and Selection Schedule
The Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) has reopened the selection process for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for Sekolah Rakyat for the year 2026. This recruitment covers formations for teachers and educational staff (tendik) who will be stationed in various regions across Indonesia.
According to reports, the Ministry of Social Affairs is providing 5,127 formations for educational staff, distributed across several positions and educational levels. In addition to university graduates (D3-S1/D4), the Sekolah Rakyat educational staff formations also offer opportunities for high school (SMA/SMK) graduates.
Based on the Announcement of the 2026 Sekolah Rakyat Educational Staff Procurement issued by the Ministry, formations for high school graduates are available for the Office Administration position as Operational Service Operators. A total of 185 formations are available, divided into four placement regions:
• Region I (Aceh, Bengkulu, Jambi, Riau Islands, Lampung, Riau, West Sumatra, South Sumatra, and North Sumatra): 32 formations
• Region II (Bali, Banten, DI Yogyakarta, Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, West Nusa Tenggara): 101 formations
• Region III (Gorontalo, West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and North Sulawesi): 38 formations
• Region IV (Maluku, North Maluku, East Nusa Tenggara, Papua, South Papua, and Central Papua): 14 formations
Administrative staff in the role of Operational Service Operators will be responsible for recording, documenting materials, general documents, or other administrative services. Both general applicants and existing part-time PPPK employees within the Ministry of Social Affairs are eligible to apply.
Recruitment Requirements for 2026 Sekolah Rakyat PPPK:
Indonesian Citizen (WNI) who is faithful to God Almighty.
Aged between 20 and 45 years.
No prior criminal record involving imprisonment of 2 years or more based on a final court decision.
Never dismissed dishonourably from civil service, TNI, or Polri, or dismissed dishonourably from private employment.
Never dismissed due to disciplinary violations from a previous workplace.
Not currently serving as a CPNS, PNS, PPPK, TNI soldier, or Polri member.
Not a member or official of a political party and not involved in practical politics.
Possess educational qualifications as per the position requirements.
Physically and mentally healthy, evidenced by a medical certificate to be submitted upon appointment.
Free from narcotics, psychotropics, and other addictive substances (NAPZA), evidenced by a medical certificate.
Clean criminal record, evidenced by a police certificate (SKCK).
Willing to be stationed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.
Willing to work in shifts, reside near the Sekolah Rakyat, and/or be prioritised to live in the Sekolah Rakyat dormitory.
